Lance Armstrong; Where There’s Smoke, There’s Fire

The USADA has shown now us their 1000 page report accusing Lance Armstrong of cheating.

26 witnesses, 11 of which were former teammates, that’s a lot of conspiracy if youre one who believes that the world is out to get Lance Armstrong.

Lance Armstrong wrote a letter to the San Francisco Chronicle after the newspaper hinted that he was dirty, “I believe that I am the most tested athlete on the planet, and I have never had a single positive doping test, and I do not take performance-enhancing drugs.”

Now we find out that Armstrong did have a positive test back in 2001.

I don’t know to what extent Armstrong did or didn’t ingest PED’s or participated in blood doping to garner the edge in an absolutely filthy sport but this I do know, it’s one thing if one or two people “have it in for you, but it’s quite another kettle of fish when 26 total people point the finger at you as being a cheater and a liar.

No wonder Armstrong gave up the fight.

In a lot of cases, I believe that where there’s smoke, there’s fire.  In Armstrong’s case, he seems to be spewing a raging inferno.
